This hotel is located in a beautiful mountainous area, close to the town center and offers modern and clean rooms. the staff is friendly and the sleeping pods are a nice touch. the sky bar is a great place to relax and has good prices. little touches like providing slippers and allowing access to showers on the day of check out make the stay more comfortable.
Be prepared for some noise as passing trains can be quite loud, especially at night if you have a room facing the tracks.

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional, going above and beyond to make guests feel at home. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and ensure that every need is taken care of.
The only minor inconvenience was the occasional noise from passing trains, especially if you have a room facing the tracks. However, it didn't significantly impact the overall experience.

Great place for families. the rooms were perfect for us, with comfy beds and a functional shower. We also loved the breakfast; it was delicious and offered a decent selection. Another plus were the stunning views of the mountains that we could admire from the lounge area.
The hotel restaurant was not up to par. the service was extremely slow, and there weren't many options on the menu.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of Sankt Johann. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the gondola, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Breakfast was satisfying, and I loved the option to sleep in and still enjoy a delicious meal. The views from the Skylounge were breathtaking, and the French toast was a highlight for me. The family room with bunk beds and individual TVs was a hit with the kids. The hotel also provided free bus travel and access to a fantastic swimming pool. Despite being near a train line, the room was well soundproofed, and I hardly noticed the noise. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Sankt Johann.
